Preparing your Visit

At BUSINESS, we appreciate that arranging visitation to our premises can feel a little daunting. To help you out with that particular issue, let’s help you better understand how to prepare your visit. Whether you are stepping foot in our premises for the first time or you are arriving for post-surgery check-up treatment, we ask that you keep the following in mind.
It will help to make sure you can receive treatment as soon as possible.
If this is your first visit to the hospital, you will need to arrive 15 minutes prior to the beginning of your appointment. This gives you time to relax, and also to fill out any forms needed in good time before your consultation will begin. Should you need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you try and inform as far in advance as you can – thank you.
Documentation
For anyone visiting our LOCATION clinic, we ask that you bring the following with you if possible:
Medical Records
We ask that you obtain a copy of your medical records so we can look at your medical history and/or any particular illnesses that you may have deal with along the way, treated by other medical teams. We also ask that you send a note directly to the hospital, in the event that you are referred by a physician.
Scans and X-Ray Treatment
Have you undergone any kind of x-ray treatment recently? Then please bring this information along to us when you come to your visit to the hospital.
Medication
Have you taken any medication recently? Then we ask that you bring a list of all medication that you are taking or have taken in the recent past. Please list the strength and dosage of all medication taken, too, for our staff to fully observe and understand.
