Equipment & Facilities

The hospital is easy to access from all points across Manchester. A convenient drop off and pick up zone is located at the front of the hospital, with extensive free car parking next door.

The hospital has been designed to ensure that all diagnostic and surgical procedures are performed on the ground floor, in close proximity to a pleasant waiting area available for use by family and friends.

The Ward

The ward area is comprised of eight individual cubicles, designed to ensure privacy for patients and centrally located around the nurses' station. Each cubicle has a personal TV & radio unit. There are also five fully reclining chairs for patients recovering from minimal day-case procedures.

For overnight stays, there are two private rooms for patients requiring isolation, and a further six private en-suite rooms with wall mounted LCD TVs, radios and internet access.

The Operating Theatre Suite

Three operating theatres have been installed at The Manchester Private Hospital, with a recovery area where patients can be closely observed as they wake up from anaesthetic.

Our operating theatres has been created to an extremely high air quality specification so that all procedures such can be carried out without risk of air-bourne infection. In addition, the theatre has extensive facilities producing high-quality images for Surgeons to work from.

Outpatients Department

Situated on the ground floor, our spacious and contemporary waiting area is adjacent Consulting Rooms, as well as a minor treatment room, health screening facility.
